When you purchase game top-ups or create an account on LKStore, we collect:

• Game Identifiers: Your in-game Player ID (UID) and Server/Region to deliver your purchased diamonds/gold.
• Contact Information: Your phone number and WhatsApp number for order status alerts and customer support.
• Payment Verification Data: Bank slip images, transaction reference numbers, and payment provider names.
• Account Credentials: If registering with email, an encrypted password hash (bcrypt). If using Google Sign-In, your verified email, display name, and avatar URL provided through Google OAuth.

2. Google User Data Policy

LKStore adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements:

• We only request the basic profile scopes (openid, email, profile).
• Google data is used exclusively to sign you in and deliver email receipts.
• We never share, sell, or disclose your Google user data to third parties or advertising brokers.

3. Payment Slip & Proof Privacy

All customer bank slips and payment screenshots uploaded to LKStore are stored in a private, encrypted vault outside public web folders. Slips are accessible only by authorized LKStore verification operators via short-lived, HMAC-signed cryptographic tokens. Public viewers cannot browse or access other users' payment receipts.

4. Data Retention and Deletion

Transaction records are retained for regulatory compliance and dispute resolution. You may request account deletion or data removal by contacting our privacy team at privacy@lkstore.lk.
